Privacy Policy

wcreynders.ai is operated by Willem Reynders, trading as wcreynders.ai (“we”, “us”), a sole proprietor based in South Africa. Willem Reynders is the founder and instructor, and the responsible party for the personal information described here.

We collect only what we need to run the membership:

• Account information from Google. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password and we cannot see your other Google data.
• Profile you add. Anything you choose to put on your profile, such as a short bio, links or a photo.
• Content you create. Posts, comments, poll votes, direct messages, lesson progress and calendar RSVPs inside the community.
• Payment information. When paid membership goes live, payments are processed by PayFast. We receive confirmation of payment and your subscription status. We never see or store your card details.
• Usage and technical data. Basic information such as when you last visited, and standard server logs (for example your IP address) used to keep the service secure and working.

• To create your account and let you sign in.
• To run the community, classroom, live calls and member tools.
• To send you service emails (for example your place in the queue and approval) and, if you are on the list, a weekly email with useful content. You can unsubscribe from the weekly email at any time using the link in every message.
• To take payment and manage your subscription once billing is live.
• To keep the platform secure, prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run wcreynders.ai, and only as far as they need it:

• Google for sign-in.
• Cloudflare for hosting protection and video streaming.
• Resend for sending our emails.
• PayFast for processing payments (once billing is live).

Our database runs on our own managed server. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our members.

We may use analytics or advertising measurement tools (for example a Meta pixel) on our public pages to understand how our marketing performs. Where these place non-essential cookies, we use them for measurement, not to sell your information.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. These are needed for the site to work. Any non-essential measurement cookies are covered above.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and security needs. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), database access controls that keep members’ private data separate, and least-privilege access for our own systems. No online service can promise perfect security, but we take it seriously.

You have the right to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
• ask us to correct or update it;
• ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
• object to certain uses, and unsubscribe from marketing emails;
• complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) if you believe we have not handled your information properly.

wcreynders.ai is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let members know.
